Return Policy and Shipping
Due to Rapid Changing Inventory we do not do Exchanges. Please make sure you look at the Measurements that are on the listing before you order to ensure you have an accurate fit.
You may return most FULL PRICE new, unopened items within 14 days of purchase. If the item is returned more than 14 days of purchase the return will be rejected. Buyer pays return shipping. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)
NOTE: Lingerie, Swimwear and Costumes, or any cosmetics or body products are NOT eligible to be returned due to the nature of the product and where it touches the body when tried on. So please make sure you check the Lingerie Size Charts listed on this website before ordering.
If the item is not in Original Packaging there is a 20% Restocking Fee subtracted from the refund. If the item looks like it has been worn, has pet hair on it, deodorant stains or cigarette smoke smells there will be no refund and you will have to pay for the item to be shipped back to you.
If there was Free shipping actual shipping charges will be deducted from the Store credit amount.
NO RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED ON SALE ITEMS or DISCOUNTED ITEMS SALE or DISCUNTED ITEMS ARE A FINAL SALE. NO EXCEPTIONS. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU CHECK MEASUREMENTS ON ALL THESE ITEMS BEFORE ORDERING.
Refunds will be issued within 4-7 business days after return has been received and processed.
To return your items please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and give us your name and order # and we will email you the address to send your return to. Do not just mail the item back because it will be rejected, and please include your original packing slip with your return if we do not have it we will not be able to issue a refund.
Shipping Times - Packages are shipped within 48-72 business hours of after purchase. Packages are shipped USPS First Class with 3-7 Day Delivery times. You will receive an email with tracking.
Please make sure you have an accurate address with Apt numbers. A wrong shipping address is the Responsibility of the customer and if we get the package back a refund minus original shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee will be issued and you will have to re-order the items and pay shipping again.
If the item is not received due to a wrong shipping address then Younique Couture is not responsible. If tracking shows the item has been delivered and you did not receive it Younique Couture is not responsible, you will have to file a claim with your local USPS Office.
